My favorite new way to start the day...

::a handful of kale/spinach mix, raspberries, blueberries, & half a banana::

::I use a Nutribullet and add a cup of orange juice & a spoon full of peanut butter::

To avoid a messy Monday-Friday morning, on Sunday bag all your ingredients in freezer bags & freeze them for the rest of the week! Quick and easy way to have your healthy breakfast on your way to work!
