:: Pink & Sparkle ::

::coat/old navy (on sale!), tunic & leggings/luelaroe, shoes/charming charlie {sold out- similar}, necklace/via wantable, bag/coach {old- similar}::

Can you believe Christmas is a week away??? One way I love to stay comfortable during all those trips from party to party is a tunic & legging look. Luelaroe has the softest leggings and the tunic is perfect to create a pulled together look with a little extra room for seconds! Luelaroe is great in that you can have a party, invite your girlfriends, shop and try on items from the comfort of your own home. I've linked the website above to schedule your own party, trust me the product is amazing.

Can we talk about these Charming Charlie shoes? I absolutely love them, the website is sold out but I've seen my local store still has sizes left in black and red! I love a good, fancy heel on the Holidays! This week I will be posting some Holiday inspiration for you, because let's face it the Holidays are here and the festivities seemingly never end!

:: Wantable Review- September ::

::via wantable::

September is my absolute favorite month of the year. Between my birthday, the fashion, and the weather it doesn't get much better than September. So it's no surprise that my September Wantable collection would be one of my favorite!

My absolute favorite part of this collection had to be the set of studs! They are so classic and so easy to wear, whether casual or formal this is the time of year when earrings this versatile come in handy.

The bracelet is beautiful and stretchy so it's perfect to slide on with a statement watch! I see myself wearing this piece day in and out.

Statement necklaces are easily one piece of jewelry I tend to under utilize, I'll see them in Instagram OOTD posts from some of my favorite style girls and wonder to myself, "why the eff don't I wear those more?". The blue in this necklace is so pretty and will go with so much in my closet.

Overall, I love my September collection! I've noticed that the boxes I've gotten lately have been way more coordinated than before and I love that!

::dress/bb dakota via wantable, heels/kohl's, clutch/lizzibeth, sunnies/toms, lips/lorac::

This look was a risk for 2 reasons- 1) wearing a neon when lacking a solid bronzed tan & 2) the purple lips I chose to pair with it. Truth be told when I saw the Lorac Free Spirit purple lipstick I became instantly obsessed and knew immediately that I need to pair it with this chartreuse dress I received in a Wantable Style Edit! I see myself wearing this purple color much more during Fall but it never hurts to bust it out a little early, right?

I am trying to get re-focused on the wedding front! We got so many decisions handled so quickly that I got a little lax about what is still left. Really we just need to book our travel and ensure a photographer is booked as well and everything after that is small details (i.e. welcome bags, wedding party gifts etc) but with how quickly time is already flying I should probably get a move on right? Honestly, I was not one of those girls who had her whole wedding planned since she was old enough to talk so the whole planning of it can get away from me! Any other brides feel that way? I have to say I am super happy with our choice to do destination because we have friends still planning weddings in the area that it seems really stressful...I'm not down with that!

I have so much fun stuff to share with you, including how I'm getting in shape & getting my skincare routine down to a science so I won't have any major freak outs come the big day (insert eye roll and finger crossing emojis here!!). And of course- more style!

:: Wantable April Collection Review ::

:: c/o wantable::

This month's collection was filled with the most beautiful sparkle ever and a really great Spring scarf I've already worn twice before posting this review.

Turquoise & Crystal Earrings- I love turquoise for Summer (as do most) because my grandmother used to wear turquoise jewelry all the time and I would borrow it! The sparkle of these earrings make them a bit fancy which I am totally okay with. I see myself pairing them with a white eyelet sundress & whiskey sandals for a BBQ or night out with girl friends.

Crystal Double Ring- I haven't worn a double ring in years and this one is a stand out! I wore it to work the day after I received my collection and got so many compliments on it. Definitely doesn't allow for easy computer use but let's be honest it's more of a "holding a champagne glass" kind ring anyway.

Grey & White Statement Necklace- What you can't see in this pictures is that some of the white stones in this necklace have an iridescence to them that is so pretty! I paired it with this floral dress & vest but I could also wear it with a more casual look as well! Love!

Mint & Leopard Infinity Scarf- Spring scarves are a must in this part of the country because while the calendar says it's officially Spring, Mother is Nature is all "yeah I don't know". I wore this with an all white outfit and sandals to let the scarf stand out and got a ton of compliments. Mint makes me nervous, if you've read this post you know but pair it with leopard and I'm in!

It was a very pretty month from the Wantable team and my dresser is aglow with sparkley pieces to show off!

:: Shades ::

::sweater/zara {sold out}, jeans/gap, shoes/kohl's, hat & necklace/via wantable, bag/rebecca minkoff, lips/stila "beso::

I love a good cable knit sweater & boyfriend jean combo, it's the perfect amount of relaxed cool. The second I saw this necklace & hat I knew I had to wear them together  and why not make an all grey look out of it. As the weather continues to be chilly & cloudy I find myself dressing as such so I'm challenging myself to wear some brights! You'll hold to me to that, right?

The moment I saw this skirt I knew I had to have it! The colors are stunning and it is so comfortable and easy to wear. I cannot wait to pair it with every bright top I own during the warmer months!

:: Flashy Prep ::

How do you spice up florals in Spring? By pairing them with pretty, flashy flats.

Have you heard that flats are back? Well they are, in a big way after the heights heels have reached it only makes sense that flats would have a come back. What comes up, must go down- trends can be so predictable!

:: Olive & Oak ::

Do you ever have those days where you stand in your closet hoping something new and exciting will jump out at you from the current contents? But to your non-surprise nothing does, so you just stand there for 5, 10, 15 more minutes. Yea, I've had those a lot lately. Everything I want to wear is Spring ready but not actual weather ready. Womp womp. Nevertheless, I must get dressed for the day and thought I'd express my frustration with a monochromatic outfit.

::tweed blazer/olive & oak, white collared shirt & grey denim/forever21, flats/zara, bag/coach::

::pearl studs/charming charlie, white & blue diamond ring/vintage, lip stain/revlon "audacious"::

I am so psyched out the resurgence of the pearl trend for Spring and I've slowly been reintroducing them into my everyday life. I actually got quite a few compliments on this outfit, to my surprise so I guess it wasn't all depressed looking :)
